What is PABSS?
The Protection &
Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS) Program protects the
legal rights of social security beneficiaries in their efforts to return to
work. |

Who is eligible for PABSS services?
You are eligible for
PABSS services if: ü
You have a
disability and receive SSI or SSDI; AND ü
You need
information about how work or returning to work will affect your benefits; OR ü
You need
assistance with rehabilitation services, accommodations or other
return-to-work issues. |

through a Protection & Advocacy Outreach Coordinator. |
