OCRA Advisory Committee -

Notice of Vacancy and Request for Applications

 

PAI provides clients’ rights advocacy services to consumers of the 21 regional centers through the Office of Clients’ Rights Advocacy (OCRA). OCRA is funded through a grant with the Department of Developmental Services.

The OCRA Advisory Committee provides oversight to OCRA and helps to ensure that the services provided by OCRA are meeting the needs of persons with developmental disabilities in the State of California. The Advisory Committee is made up of a seven-member panel of people with developmental disabilities, family members of a person with developmental disabilities or members of a stakeholder group.

OCRA currently has two vacancies for a two-year term. The members will be chosen by the Executive Committee of PAI’s Board of Directors.
